Why I became a Hormone Health Coach
Hi, I’m Leslie!
I know what it feels like to live with hormone imbalance — severe acne after stopping the pill, painful and irregular periods, questioning your fertility. I also know the toll big life transitions can take: navigating postpartum while going through heartbreak, stress, and thyroid struggles.
Through my own healing and my training as a certified Holistic Hormone Health Coach, I’ve learned how food, lifestyle, and daily rituals can transform the way we feel. Now I guide girls and women worldwide to find balance, boost fertility, and feel more at home in their bodies, in every season of life.

I help women reconnect with their bodies through food, lifestyle, and self-care. My work focuses on balancing hormones naturally supporting fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the transitions before and after menopause. Together we look at nourishment in a broad sense: what you eat, how you rest, how you move, and how you live in rhythm with your cycle.

Yes. My coaching is designed for women in all hormonal phases, from menstruating to trying to conceive, through pregnancy and postpartum, to perimenopause. Hormones affect everything from mood to digestion, and understanding them changes the way you live and eat.

A dietitian focuses mainly on food plans or clinical nutrition. My approach is holistic, I look at your whole lifestyle, emotional wellbeing, sleep, stress, environment, relationships and daily rhythm. It’s not about strict diets, but about real, nourishing food and habits that bring your hormones (and energy) back into balance.

Not necessarily. We always begin with your symptoms, cycle patterns, and lifestyle, your body already tells us a lot. If we feel testing could bring clarity later, I can guide you on which labs to request and how to interpret them together. My work complements, but never replaces, medical advice.

Both. I coach women online from anywhere in the world and offer in-person sessions and private chef support in the Lisbon–Cascais area. Many women start online and visit for a session or workshop when they’re nearby.
