I’m Leslie — a mother, a certified Holistic Hormone Health Coach, a chef, a writer, helping women balance their hormones, improve fertility, ease PMS and fatigue, and feel more confident in their bodies.

Whether you’re struggling with irregular cycles, PCOS, Endometriosis, acne, fertility challenges, postpartum depletion, unexplained weight gain, or going through a big life transition and simply feeling out of sync with yourself, I’m here to help you reconnect with your natural rhythm.

Through 1:1 health coaching, I guide women to use food as medicine, simple lifestyle shifts, and cycle awareness to bring their bodies back into balance. My approach is gentle but powerful, rooted in nourishment, intuition, and everyday tools you can actually apply.

My Philosophy: Listening to the Body’s Wisdom

Women’s health moves in cycles, and when we live in tune with those rhythms, everything changes. Our hormones influence how we feel, think, and show up every day. Yet most of us were never taught how to understand that rhythm, or how deeply our food, stress, and environment affect it.

Balancing hormones is about awareness, learning to respond to your body instead of fighting it. I believe that the earlier we start tuning in, from our first periods to pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond, the smoother our transitions become and the stronger our overall health remains.

That’s the heart of my work: helping you listen, nourish, and trust your body again.

How I Got Here

Like many women, my path began with imbalance.

In my twenties, when I stopped hormonal birth control, my skin erupted. Painful, cystic acne covered my face, and I was prescribed Roaccutane — a strong medication with heavy side effects. At the same time, my cycles were irregular, sometimes disappearing for months. Looking back, I see I had many signs of PCOS, even if it was never formally diagnosed.

In my thirties, new challenges arrived: irregular bleeding, ovarian cysts, mood swings, even pain during sex. I began to worry about my fertility. Living as an expat in Lisbon made it even harder, navigating gynecologists in broken Portuguese or English, never feeling fully understood. I felt lost in my own body.

That’s when I began searching for answers beyond prescriptions. I turned to food as medicine, seed cycling, gut health, lifestyle changes, and holistic healing. What started as trial and error grew into a deeper passion. I trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), became a certified Holistic Health Coach, and later a certified Hormone Health Coach. Slowly, my cycle found rhythm again. And before I even finished my studies, I became pregnant with my daughter..

Motherhood deepened my connection to nourishment, but it also broke me open..

Motherhood & Transition

In postpartum, I walked through divorce, financial stress, thyroid imbalance, anxiety, and exhaustion. My body carried the weight of it all: restless nights, weight loss, back pain, overwhelm. Healing wasn’t quick or linear. It came slowly, through food, rituals, gentle movement, rest, and the daily practice of asking myself: what do I need right now?

That journey taught me something I now carry into my work: health is never just about food. It’s also stress, sleep, relationships, movement, environment, and how we move through change. Every transition, from first periods to fertility, from pregnancy to postpartum, from perimenopause to menopause, leaves a mark on our bodies. And we deserve support that sees the whole picture.

My Mission

My mission is to help women stop fighting their bodies and start living with them.

I guide women through painful periods, irregular cycles, acne, PCOS, fertility struggles, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, thyroid issues, perimenopause, and the many transitions in between. I do this through food as medicine, gut health, and holistic lifestyle shifts, always tailored to the woman in front of me.

This work isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about listening when your body whispers, so it doesn’t have to scream. It’s about women reclaiming the power to feel confident, balanced, and at home in their own bodies.

I support women in Cascais, Lisbon, and worldwide in English, Dutch & French.

Beyond Coaching: Writing & Food

Alongside coaching, I also cook and write.

As a chef, I create hormone-friendly meals for women’s retreats and, when possible, I offer personal chef support for women in Lisbon & Cascais.

As a writer, I share both knowledge and truth. On my Nourished Magazine, you’ll find recipes, cycle education, and articles on fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, thyroid health, PCOS, and hormonal balance. On my Substack, I go deeper: hormone-friendly recipes and personal reflections on how I stay nourished as a single mother, how I move through heartbreak and transition, and how I root myself when life gets rough.
